Supply & Installation of new 12″ HFO line for Injecting Heavy Fuel Oil into Crude Oil for Export at Tobruk Refinery

Summary of the Project:

EPC turnkey project for installation of a new 12″ line for injecting Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) into a shipment of crude oil at Tobruk Refinery.

As part of the project complete detailed design for the new pipeline was undertaken, construction of new insulated 12” HFO pipeline complete with necessary valves, heat tracing system, flow control valves and a new custody transfer flowmeter.
