DESIGN, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF NEW CONTAINERIZED 4.16kV SWITCHGEAR
New switchgear system, featuring five advanced cubicles, is designed to deliver a reliable and efficient connection between the existing 5 kV network and the new turbine supply, ensuring robust protection and precise metering functionality.
The complete medium-voltage (MV) switchgear will be installed within a dedicated enclosure and equipped with a 120 VAC UPS system. It will also include 5 kV Cu/XLPE/SWA MV power cable connections integrated with the existing MV switchgear at the OMT powerhouse, Zueitina Oil Terminal — enhancing operational reliability and energy performance across the facility.

DESIGN, ASSEMBLY & SUPPLY OF DIESEL UNLOADING STATIONS
We are proud to announce the successful completion of engineering, procurement, prefabrication, assembly, and testing of two diesel fuel unloading skids and two flow metering skids for a new power plant project in Libya.
The diesel fuel unloading skids are designed for efficient transfer of diesel fuel from the unloading station to the storage tank.
Each skid consists of the following major components: two stainless-steel centrifugal pumps, complete piping systems, isolation valves, strainers, pressure switches, pressure gauges, and a steel support frame.
The flow metering skids include positive displacement flow meters, load computers, temperature transmitters, air eliminators, automatic valves, grounding units, piping components, and a steel structure, ensuring precise and reliable fuel measurement.
All skids have been coated with C5 corrosion protection system as per ISO 12944, ensuring durability and performance in harsh environmental conditions.
The end user, Zueitina Oil Company, benefits from plug-and-play installation and simplified commissioning, as the skids were completely engineered, assembled, and tested prior to delivery.
This turnkey approach ensures minimal operational losses, reduced maintenance and calibration costs, and long-term stability of all installed components.

START OF TANK ERECTION ACTIVITIES
After successfully completing the engineering and procurement phases, Bosna-S Team has launched erection works on two 4,500 BBL diesel storage tanks and four 600 BBL daily buffer tanks for our valued client, Zueitina Oil Company.
This project represents another important milestone in supporting Zueitina Oil Company’s operations by enhancing fuel storage capacity and ensuring fully autonomous operation of two Solar SMT60 mobile power units at the Oil Terminal.

START OF TANK ERECTION ACTIVITIES
Building on the successful completion of the engineering and procurement phases, Bosna-S Team has begun erection works on two 7,500 BBL caustic soda storage tanks for our esteemed client, Sirte Oil Company.
This project marks a significant step toward enhancing storage capacity and ensuring the independent and efficient operation of Sirte Oil Company’s oil and gas facilities.

COMMISSIONING & START-UP OF OIL REFINERY
Bosna-S Commissioning Team successfully completed the commissioning and start-up of the Marsa El Brega oil refinery for the client, Sirte Oil Company.
The major commissioned systems included the Distributed Control System (DCS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Fire & Gas Detection System (F&G), FM200 fire suppression system, CCTV, HVAC, instrument air, intercom, and telephone systems..
Upon completion of the commissioning phase, the refinery's pipestill distillation unit was successfully started, producing heavy fuel oil (HFO), diesel, and naphtha, with all control loops operating in automatic mode. Entire control system is driven by modern state-of-the-art DCS with additional layers of protection integrated in SIL 3 rated ESD system..
Prior to commissioning, Bosna-S was responsible for the design, procurement, and installation of the complete control system, which comprised 71 control valves, 8 ESD/blowdown valves, over 300 field instruments, HART communicators, and the necessary fire and gas detectors.

SOLAR POWER SUPPLY (ISO 14001)
With a goal to reduce our reliance on diesel, and as to improve our ISO 14001 performance, have installed smart solar hybrid systems for powering our facilities in remote locations in the oil and gas fields of Libya. STORAGE TANK HANDED OVER TO CLIENT
Our team was able to successfully commission and hand over a storage tank for crude oil (120,000 BBL) under the supervision of the Handover Committee. The tank has been completely overhauled by repairing/patching roof, bottom and shell plates, tank berm, and applying outer foam insulation of tank shell. Prior to commissioning a vacuum and hydrostatic test were performed.

TRAINING COURSE ON DCS & ESD SYSTEMS
As certified channel partner of Yokogawa ,have prepared training materials and notes as to familiarize Client’s operators with Centrum VP and ProSafe RS platform. Training covered the following topics: refinery operating philosophy, emergency shutdown function, overrides and resets, operating screens and operation of shutdown console, hardware and software overview, use of safety manager and application builder, use of simulation and test functions, DCS & ESD system maintenance and control logic hand on exercises. The focus of the training for two groups of operators was to equip them with the mentioned skills to secure smooth operation of supplied systems through Project: “Refinery Control & Electrical Systems Upgrade” for our client, Sirte Oil Co.

TRAINING COURSE ON SWITCHGEAR & MCC MAINTENANCE
In collaboration with Schneider Electric, training was provided for 10 technicians and conducted at their Belgrade Training Center and production facilities of their licensed partners for SM6, RM6 and Okken Switchgear. The focus of the training was on maintenance and operation of Switchgears and Motor Control Center supplied through Project: “Refinery Control & Electrical Systems Upgrade” for our client, Sirte Oil Co.

EAST HARBOUR FIRE FIGHTING PROJECT
Implementation of the multidisciplinary EPC contract including an engineering, design, supply and erection of full firefighting system for East Harbour which consists of product, urea and general cargo jetties. Main system deliverables consist of the firewater, jockey and foam pumps, foam/water tower monitors, fire & gas detection system with ups ac/dc supply and LV switchgear and with emergency remote control center (ERCC) integrated with the existing remote monitoring systems.

SMART SOLAR HYBRID SYSTEM FOR UNDP CO BIH
Signed contract for full EPC Construction of a Smart Solar Hybrid System with a total power of 60 kWp at UNDP Headquarters Building, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. The system allows autonomous electricity supply of the complete building for daily consumption. Panels were mounted on aluminum and hot-dip galvanized support structures at the headquarters roof and upon commissioning connected to the grid through smart hybrid system.

As a member of Consortium have signed a contract for “Reconstruction of Oil Terminal Bihać”, which consists of 9 tanks for oil storage together with complete automated control for rail wagons unloading and tank trucks loading application and fire fighting for the end Client OTF - Operator Terminali Federacije d.o.o. Sarajevo.

STORAGE TANK HANDED OVER TO CLIENT
Our team was able to successfully commission and hand over a storage tank for crude oil (565,000 BBL) under the supervision of the Handover Committee. The tank has been completely overhauled by replacing the double deck floating roof, tank berm, and repainting the bottom, shell, and roof plates. Prior to commissioning a vacuum and hydrostatic test were performed.

INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING AND START-UP OF TWO (2) SOLAR SMT60 MOBILE POWER UNITS
Awarded a multidisciplinary EPC contract including an engineering, design and supply of diesel unloading and metering skid, two diesel fuel storage tank (4,000 BBL each), diesel fuel treatment and forwarding skids, daily buffer tanks and diesel boosting skid. Two 8-mVA power transformers will connect the complete plant to the terminal grid and two black start diesel generator sets will provide backup power. After the installation is completed, a power plant will be connected to a control system that was designed and supplied with corresponding field instruments. Bosna-S certified engineers will perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.

SOLAR POWER PLANT - VISOKO
Signed contract for full EPC Construction of an SPP with a total power of 357 kWp at Visoko, Bosnia and Hercegovina. The plant consists of n.660 panels mounted on aluminum and hot-dip galvanized support structures at the warehouse roofs. Upon commissioning the plant will be connected to the grid through a 0.4kV connection.

Awarded a multidisciplinary EPC contract covering the installation of turbines and balance of plant facilities. The scope covers engineering, design and supply of diesel unloading and metering skids, two diesel fuel storage tanks, diesel fuel treatment and forwarding skids, daily buffer tanks and boosting skids; Two 8-mVA power transformers that will connect the complete plant to the terminal grid and two black start diesel generator sets that will provide backup power. The power plant will be controlled by an in-house designed and programmed control system with corresponding field instruments. 4 STORAGE TANKS HANDED OVER TO BPMC
Under supervision of the Hand Over Committee, our Team has successfully commissioned and handed over 4 storage tanks for JET fuel and Diesel. These are the first new storage capacities built in post-revolution Libya. The project is considered as a major milestone in the reconstruction and upgrading of the country’s oil terminals.
