TRAINING COURSE ON DCS & ESD SYSTEMS
Supply of 116 control valves for the Client, Arabian Gulf Oil Co. Project’s aim is to re-stock the Messla Oil Field Warehouse. Bosna-S Oil & Gas to provide full engineering & procurement services.As certified channel partner of Yokogawa (https://www.yokogawa.com/eu/support/channel-partner-program/channel-partner-list/#List-A-C), have prepared training materials and notes as to familiarize Client’s operators with Centrum VP and ProSafe RS platform. Training covered the following topics: refinery operating philosophy, emergency shutdown function, overrides and resets, operating screens and operation of shutdown console, hardware and software overview, use of safety manager and application builder, use of simulation and test functions, DCS & ESD system maintenance and control logic hand on exercises. The focus of the training for two groups of operators was to equip them with the mentioned skills to secure smooth operation of supplied systems through Project: “Refinery Control & Electrical Systems Upgrade” for our client, Sirte Oil Co.

TRAINING COURSE ON SWITCHGEAR & MCC MAINTENANCE
In collaboration with Schneider Electric, training was provided for 10 technicians and conducted at their Belgrade Training Center and production facilities of their licensed partners for SM6, RM6 and Okken Switchgear. The focus of the training was on maintenance and operation of Switchgears and Motor Control Center supplied through Project: “Refinery Control & Electrical Systems Upgrade” for our client, Sirte Oil Co.

EAST HARBOUR FIRE FIGHTING PROJECT
Implementation of the multidisciplinary EPC contract including an engineering, design, supply and erection of full firefighting system for East Harbour which consists of product, urea and general cargo jetties. Main system deliverables consist of the firewater, jockey and foam pumps, foam/water tower monitors, fire & gas detection system with ups ac/dc supply and LV switchgear and with emergency remote control center (ERCC) integrated with the existing remote monitoring systems.

SMART SOLAR HYBRID SYSTEM FOR UNDP CO BIH
Signed contract for full EPC Construction of a Smart Solar Hybrid System with a total power of 60 kWp at UNDP Headquarters Building, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina. The system allows autonomous electricity supply of the complete building for daily consumption. Panels were mounted on aluminum and hot-dip galvanized support structures at the headquarters roof and upon commissioning connected to the grid through smart hybrid system.

STORAGE TANK HANDED OVER TO CLIENT
Our team was able to successfully commission and hand over a storage tank for crude oil (565,000 BBL) under the supervision of the Handover Committee. The tank has been completely overhauled by replacing the double deck floating roof, tank berm, and repainting the bottom, shell, and roof plates. Prior to commissioning a vacuum and hydrostatic test were performed.

INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING AND START-UP OF TWO (2) SOLAR SMT60 MOBILE POWER UNITS
Awarded a multidisciplinary EPC contract including an engineering, design and supply of diesel unloading and metering skid, two diesel fuel storage tank (4,000 BBL each), diesel fuel treatment and forwarding skids, daily buffer tanks and diesel boosting skid. Two 8-mVA power transformers will connect the complete plant to the terminal grid and two black start diesel generator sets will provide backup power. After the installation is completed, a power plant will be connected to a control system that was designed and supplied with corresponding field instruments. Bosna-S certified engineers will perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.

SOLAR POWER PLANT - VISOKO
Signed contract for full EPC Construction of an SPP with a total power of 357 kWp at Visoko, Bosnia and Hercegovina. The plant consists of n.660 panels mounted on aluminum and hot-dip galvanized support structures at the warehouse roofs. Upon commissioning the plant will be connected to the grid through a 0.4kV connection.

4 STORAGE TANKS HANDED OVER TO BPMC
Under supervision of the Hand Over Committee, our Team has successfully commissioned and handed over 4 storage tanks for JET fuel and Diesel. These are the first new storage capacities built in post-revolution Libya. The project is considered as a major milestone in the reconstruction and upgrading of the country’s oil terminals.
