Our Project

Summary of the Project:

Engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and start-up of a complete fire fighting system including and fire protection systems, which included design and implementation of new safety instrumented emergency shutdown system, including SIL evaluation, safety requirements specification, positioning of all fire and gas detectors, etc. Design, specification, software programming and FAT preparation for DCS system with ESD system.

Works also include installation of well water flow lines (HDPE), supply, pre-fabrication and erection of two carbon steel firewater storage tanks (capacity 2240 m³ each), construction of a new firewater pump station, construction of a complete firewater distribution network with associated FW equipment, water spray systems for gas compressors and gas lift compressors, sprinkler system for warehouse and installation of foam bladder tank with all accessories for foam protection of three crude oil tanks. The project scope also included construction of a completely new electrical substation for supplying of electrical power to the fire fighting system complete with FM 200 total flooding system.
